I can honestly say that "Black" was the best book I ever read in my entire life for the simple fact that it involved real situations that goes on in people's lives.It didn't seem fictional or like a fairy-tale to me that's why I appreciate the story line. I could relate to the story in some ways and that made me enjoy it even more,hands down Tracy Brown is a phenomenal writer and I really hope there will be other books written such as this one!

This book takes readers on an emotional journey with Kaia. From her friends 17 year Kaia get love and affection but from the one person that mean the most her mother she gets beaten and belittled. Her life seems like a never ending battle that is until she meets Aaron a local hood boy who's had a crush on Kaia for years.
Aaron show her what unconditional love really is and once she has it she never wants to let it go. when Aaron has to do a 4 year bid their relationship will be tested and friendships will be lost because Jealousy and Envy. They always say keep your friends close and you enemies closer but what do you when your enemy is a chameleon.
This book will have you crying, laughing and ready to fight. Tracy Brown does a wonderful job on her debut novel. I gave it Five Stars
